- 13 x weekly sessions followed up by 9 x monthly sessions
- Delivered methodically across 12 months for exemplary development
- 90 mins per session plus bonus personal one-on-one coaching
- Minimum of 8 to a maximum group size of 14
- This program design suits intermediate to advanced levels
- Suitable for leadership, human resources and/or mature teams
